IBM 404

Overview

IBM was looking for an enhanced experience for their 404 page that provides users with more value than a 'page not found' message. I worked with a team to prototype some ideas and refined the concept based on feedback from IBM's internal teams. We developed a 404 page with a search bar and links to popular sections of the website.
